Delivery from Sandra Vick online shop

We do our best to get your orders out as quickly as we can. Most of our orders are arriving within 2-5 days, however, occasionally it is taking longer.  Please be aware of this when placing your order.

General postage rates:

UK postage: from 1 January 2022, due to changing delivery costs we have moved to a sliding scale postage starting from £2 up to a maximum of £4 depending on the weight and size of the item. Where possible we have also added the option to have your order sent by the Royal Mail special next day delivery for service for £10.

PLEASE NOTE, ALL PURCHASES FROM OUTSIDE THE UK WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN IMPORT DUTY PAYABLE BY THE BUYER ON RECEIPT OF THE ORDER. CURRENTLY MANY ORDERS TO THE EU ARE SUBJECT TO DELAYS AT THE RECEIVING POST OFFICE.

Europe postage:  on a sliding scale from £4.50 - £15 depending on the size and weight of the order.

Rest of the world: on a sliding scale £4.50-£30 depending on the size and weight of the order

Special postage rates:

Paintings: These are delivered by courier or in person, depending upon the location.  Generally a £50 charge is added to paintings, unless they are very large in which case please get in touch so we can calculate the cost of courier delivery.

Prints:  These are larger than the allowed size for Royal Mail, so we use Parcel Force 48 tracked service with a charge of £12 within the UK. If you wish us to ship prints outwith the UK - please get in touch to arrange a delivery rate.

CARING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

Our bought in packaging is all recyclable.  We try to source as much recycled and biodegradable packaging as we can. Any packaging that is sent to us, we reuse for sending out your orders too.  It will depend on the item you order, and the packaging we have available as to whether you receive your order in new or reused packaging. We will always ensure it is fit for purpose though.
