Welcome to our seconds sale. These sales happen twice a year, and are your only opportunity to buy our seconds at up 50% off the full price. 
Our seconds bone china is what is known as "cosmetic seconds" so just has a very small blemish in the glaze - many say they can't find the blemish.  They are all still perfectly functioning as cups/mugs and are still dishwasher safe. 
Our ex-display items are a selection of stock that was returned by a "sale or return" gallery that recently closed down. So the items have been on display in a shop, there is nothing wrong with them, they are just returned stock.
Our samples are items that we've sampled and decided for a number of reasons not to go with in our full range.  These are often one off items.
Our end-of-line items are products that we are discontinuing - so are a last chance to buy these items. 

I will regularly move any completely sold out items to the end of the listing to make it easier to browse.
