We currently supply our products wholesale to retailers across Europe and are happy to receive enquiries from all - from small boutique galleries to department stores and charities.

WHERE ARE THEY MADE?
Each of our products is hand finished in the UK, and dispatched from our studio in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. Due to the hand finished nature of our products, there can be minor differences between each product.
WHO DOES THE DESIGNS?
Sandra Vick translates her original acrylic bird paintings to make each individual design. She is always painting and coming up with new designs.
CAN THEY BE PUT IN THE DISHWASHER AND MICROWAVE?
Yes. Our designs are fired on to each item in a kiln and so our designs and china products are fully microwave and dishwasher proof.
DO YOU USE RECYCLED MATERIALS?
We aim to be eco-friendly as possible in our use of packaging. We have found that to help retailers display our products to their best advantage and to keep the number of breakages to a minimum it is beneficial to use individual gift boxes for our products. To this end we reuse cardboard boxes to package orders to retailers and recycled materials for our individual items. All our giftboxes are made from recycled card, our shredded paper is made from old coffee cups and our textiles are supplied in recyclable and compostable bags.
WHAT'S THE SHIPPING COST?
We have a flat rate shipping fee of £10 in the UK. Retailers outside mainland UK will require a shipping quote once their order has been placed.
WHAT'S YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
Our minimum order requirement is 6 of each product design ordered. From experience we find this gives a better and longer lasting display and consequently more sales. We are happy for small boutique shops to place small orders of a limited range of products.
WHAT IS YOUR EXPECTED DISPATCH TIME?
Normally we are able to dispatch within 28 days of placing the order, but at busy times this may take longer. If you need the products for a particular event do let us know and we can see what we can do.
HOW DO I APPLY TO BE A RETAILER?
We are currently looking for more retail outlets worldwide and welcome any enquiries.
CAN I BE THE EXCLUSIVE RETAILER IN MY AREA?
We are delighted you like our products that much. We have two types of exclusivity available to retailers. The first is a full exclusivity where you are the only retailer selling our products in an agreed area. For this level of exclusivity we ask in return that you take our whole range of products and place our minimum full range order at least twice a year. The second type is for a limited range of our products. For this we would ask for example, that you place our minimum limited range order which 12 of each design in each product at least twice a year.
