After experimenting for ages I've finally got a method that works for producing a sourdough loaf. I've manged to fit it into my natural breaks in the day too - so it's extra handy method for me! The sourdough craze through lockdown has meant many people have asked me how to get my loaf to look like it does - so this is the methods I'm using.
